We are happy to announce that Piotr Siodmak is joining the Comsys sales team during spring time. With a long history within Sales and Marketing, spending the last 10 years within Alfa Laval, Piotr will be a great asset to Comys and will help us take care of our rapidly growing base of partners around the world.

                                                                                                             Piotr and Rickard version 2

We are so proud to annoaunce that Comsys now is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Over the last year, Comsys has run an internal project to streamline our processes with our production partner Scanfil. The result is an ISO 9001:2015 certification. So from September onwards, Comsys is ISO certified through the German certification institute TÜV Nord. The project will greatly benefit us as it will support us in our growth stratagy to ensure we continue to supply products with high quality, while also securing that our overall customer expectations are met in a professional way.

We are very happy that our hard work over the last year has paid off, but we will of course not settle with only ISO 90001:2015, so expect more certificates and approvals to follow the coming years.

Abstract - This application note describes the benefits of global compensation over local compensation of harmonics in plants with numerous large variable speed drive, such as water treatment plants. By carefully applying global compensation instead of local compensation, a solution with a certain degree of redundancy is usually significantly more cost efficient. The results are general and does not only apply only to water treatment. It is also demonstrated that by carefully sizing a system, oversizing can be avoided.
